"I have been volunteering for about five years and have been very enriched by my experience. I feel privileged to be able meet so many wonderful people and see the amazing productions that perform at the Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centre."  Annie

"I have been a volunteer at DRTCC for about 10 years. I love the comradery between the ushers and staff. It is such a positive and happy place to work and I love it!"  Sharon

"I have been a volunteer at DRTCC for 10 years. I wanted to do something for the community and to fill in some of my spare time after retiring from the workforce. I love the variety of shows that come to the theatre and the cross section of patrons that attend the shows. I particularly love to usher for the children’s shows. The looks on the faces of the children as they walk into the beautiful theatre and their excitement and participation is wonderful. The Dubbo region is so lucky to have the Theatre and I am so lucky to be part of it."  Val

"I decided to become a volunteer after retirement. It has been a wonderful six years. I have met so many like-minded people and we are always made to feel so appreciated."  Sue

"I have been a volunteer since 2011 and still enjoying it very much as music and theatre is my number one choice of entertainment and I enjoy talking with the patrons at each show. There is so much variety each year, the DRTCC team do such a great job in choosing the shows each year I find there is something there for everyone. The day shows for the school children are so much fun!"  Bernadette
