COVID Safe Information

DRTCC is committed to providing a safe environment in accordance with guidelines as set out by NSW Government for Cinemas, Theatres, Concert Halls and Entertainment Venues. The health and safety of our audiences, staff and performing artists is our focus and as a registered COVID Safe venue, we have a COVIDSafe Plan and comprehensive operational plan to keep you safe.

1. Check in using QR code is no longer a requirement but it is still strongly recommended and we have QR signage on site.

2. Face masks are mandatory and you are required to wear a face mask at all times when indoors (except when eating or drinking or if you have a valid exemption). Children 12 years and under are exempt but encouraged to wear a mask where practicable.

3. You are not required to be fully vaccinated or carry vaccination evidence.

Help us prevent the spread of COVID-19

  • Practice physical distancing and maintain a social distance of 1.5m while entering the venue and moving through the foyers and open spaces.
  • Avoid close contact with other people.
  • Maintain good hand hygiene.
  • Use hand sanitiser.
  • Sneeze or cough into elbow.
  • Arrive early to minimise queuing.
  • Remain in your allocated seat for the performance.
  • Be kind to our staff and volunteer ushers – they are there to help you enjoy your visit. Please don’t give them a hard time about the necessary changes to your theatre visit.
