Help us prevent the spread of COVID-19
You are required to sign in via QR Code before entering. Staff will sight your check-in tick.
You must wear a mask if you are over 12 years of age, it is a term of entry. Unless you are eating or drinking, your mask must be worn at all times.
12 year olds and under are exempt but are encouraged to wear a mask where practicable.
Practice physical distancing and maintain a social distance of 1.5m while entering the venue and moving through the foyers and open spaces.
Avoid close contact with other people.
Maintain good hand hygiene.
Use hand sanitiser.
Sneeze or cough into elbow.
Arrive early to minimise queuing.
Remain in your allocated seat for the performance.
Be lovely to our staff – they are there to help you enjoy your visit. Please don’t give them a hard time about the necessary changes to your theatre visit.
What are we doing to help?
Capacity restrictions are currently in place. As a result our venue is operating at a reduced capacity which is being safely managed by our staff.
Seating will be allocated for efficient contact tracing procedures. Please note that it is no longer a requirement to leave vacant seats between bookings.
Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the venue.
Posters with health & safety guidelines will be displayed in the venue.
All events will be ticketed.For those who are unable to scan the QR code with their phone, staff will assist and electronically check you in through the Health NSW Web page - delays may be experienced.
Our Theatre Bar
Queuing for bar service will use 1.5m physical distancing.
In order to avoid mingling, patrons are required to be seated. You can grab a drink or a nibble, but you must be seated whilst drinking alcohol.
Bring your EFTPOS or Credit Card as the bar is cashless, only contactless payments will be accepted for bar and merchandise products.
Please do not attend DRTCC if you:
Are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
Are awaiting results for or have tested positive to COVID-19.
Have been advised to self-isolate or quarantine.
Have recently been to a location listed as a COVID affected area.
The DRTCC's Exchange and Refund Policy has been temporarily varied to encourage anyone showing symptoms or who has had possible contact with a COVID-19 case to cancel their attendance for the safety of all other patrons and staff.
A full refund, credit or exchange is available to any ticket purchaser who, since their ticket purchase, has developed any of the recognised symptoms of COVID-19.
A full refund, credit or exchange is available to any ticker purchaser who, since their ticket purchase, has come into contact with anyone displaying COVID-19 symptoms or a confirmed case of Coronavirus.
A full refund, credit or exchange is available to any ticket purchaser who determines not to attend the event in order to comply with the term and conditions of sale or directions or instructions given at the venue.
Refund, credit or exchange in the above circumstances will be available up until 'last minute'. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be available after the performance has taken place.
A full refund, credit or exchange will be offered for any tickets to cancelled or rescheduled shows.
These changes to our Exchange and Refund Policy will remain in place until 31 December 2021. This policy will be reviewed at this time and may either be extended for an additional period or may revert to our previous policy of no refunds/no exchanges unless recommended by the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice.

In addition to our standard cleaning, DRTCC has implemented enhanced cleaning across the venue, focusing on high-traffic areas and high-use amenities. Specific focus is given to touch points such as door handles, handrails, lift doors and buttons and toilets.
