COVID Information

The Australian Government has introduced measures to protect the Australian community from the spread of COVID-19, which includes rules and restrictions on non-essential gatherings at indoor venues.

Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centre (DRTCC) is taking every measure to comply with these new safety guidelines. To allow us to bring you great events and shows safely, we all need to follow the NSW COVID-19 Guidelines.

All events at DRTCC will follow these Guidelines and our approved COVIDSafe Management Plan.

COVIDSafe Management Plan (708 KB)

We have taken every possible step to ensure our venue remains safe and is a welcoming place for our customers to visit.

As well as already existing rigorous cleaning processes, DRTCC has implemented additional measures to increase cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain a healthy environment for customers and staff.

We have increased sanitation of high touch points and have automatic hand sanitiser stations available throughout the venue.

Floor stickers and markings have been positioned throughout the venue to help customers stay at least 1.5m apart (household groups excepted) - please follow these indicators when in the venue, as well as directions from staff.

Contactless payments are encouraged at the Box Office and the Bar. DRTCC is moving toward being a cashless facility.

For tracing purposes contact details are required upon entry This information will only be used for tracing purposes, should there be a need. Information is being collected, stored in a safe place each day and destroyed once it is no longer necessary.

If you are symptomatic COVID-19, please refrain from attending events at DRTCC.

If customers or visitors do not comply with protocols, or authorised requests, they will be asked to leave without refund or further recourse.

Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
