COVID SAFE: Ticketing Terms and Conditions

: Please read the following COVIDSafe Ticketing Terms and Conditions, which are in addition to our standard Terms and Conditions, prior to purchasing your tickets


When purchasing tickets, patrons agree to provide their contact details, including mobile phone number, email or residential address and the contact phone number and residential address of accompanying ticket holders.

These contact details, along with seating allocations, will be safely stored at the venue for 56 days from the date of the performance.

Patrons acknowledge the venue may be required by law to provide this contact information to public health officers on request.  The venue will not share this contact information with any third party other than the relevant health authority and will not use the information for promotional purposes.

Seating will be allocated by the venue based on the size of the group, time of booking and venue configuration, to allow compliance with current social distancing requirements. 


Customers must not attend a performance if they have COVID-19 related symptoms, have been in close contact with a person who is COVID-19 positive, have travelled overseas, or to a COVID-19 hotspot in the past 14 days, or are COVID-19 positive. In this instance, a full refund will be provided.

Customers must not attend if they are required to self-isolate and the event falls within the isolation period.

Refunds or exchange of tickets will be available to any customer who has developed any COVID-19 symptoms after the purchase of tickets, or who has come into contact with anyone who is symptomatic or is a confirmed case.

Customers agree to abide by all physical distancing, health protocols and the Venue's COVIDSafe plan.

Customers agree to follow the instructions of Venue staff at all times.

If customers do not comply with protocols, or authorised requests, they will be asked to leave without refund or further recourse. 

Customers acknowledge that while the venue has take all reasonable health and safety precautions to keep the audience, staff and performers safe, customers enter the venue at their own risk without recourse to claim against the venue regarding health outcomes.
