TICKET INFORMATION

Season Launch

Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centre Season Launch of Touring Shows will be held November of each year and Subscriptions will go on sale the following day.  Current Subscribers will be the first to be notified of the date of the Season Launch and receive an invitation to attend this event.

Subscriptions

You can become a Subscriber by booking and paying for a minimum of three (3) shows from the Season Program. Subscription sale period is from 22 November 2010 to 31 January 2011. By being a Subscriber, you can secure the best seats before individual tickets go on sale to the general public in February.

Simply complete the Subscription form in the Season Brochure or photocopy an existing form. Partners are permitted to use the same subscription form provided address, selection of shows and payment details are the same for both people, otherwise a separate from is required.

If you wish to be seated with friends when booking, please ensure all forms are returned together to the Box Office for processing. Every effort will be made to seat friends together subject to seat availability. Therefore it is best to book early.

A benefit of a Subscription is that the same seat is allocated for each show. Please choose your seats carefully as exchanges are not issued if you change your seat preference.

Ensure details on the form are clearly written to avoid delays in processing your Subscription. Where possible, please include your first name, mobile phone number and email address to assist us to contact you with show updates.

Subscriptions are processed in order of receipt and cannot be held or reserved without payment.

General Public Ticket Sales

General Public sale begin on 1 February.

If you want to sit with your friends, we suggest the tickets be purchased at the same time.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates with the value of $25, $50, $75 and $100 may be purchased and can be redeemed 12 months from date of purchase.

BOOKING TICKETS

1. Online
Tickets may be purchases through the online ticketing system at any time. Please become familiar with the On-Line Ticketing Policy available on the website.

2. In Person
At 155 Darling Street, Dubbo where one of our friendly Box Office staff will assist you.
Opening hours: Monday – Friday; 9.30 am – 4.30 pm; and one hour prior to the Show except public holidays.

3. By Phone
Call the Box Office on (02) 6801 4378; Monday – Friday; 9.30 am – 4.30 pm (except public holidays).
Telephone bookings are not available one hour prior to the show.
(Please note, a $2.95 phone booking fee applies to all phone transactions)

4. By Fax (Subscriptions Only)
Fax your Subscription form with credit card payment details to 02 6801 4399.

5. By Post (Subscriptions Only)
Complete the Subscription form with a cheque or credit card details and mail to:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchases made through Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centre and its ticketing applications. This includes all purchases made through the Theatre Box Office, either in person or by phone, and through the online service at www.drtcc.com.au.

Refunds and Exchanges

As stated in the Season Brochure, on the DRTCC website, on both sides of the ticket, on Box Office signage and as explained by Box Office staff at the time of your booking, there are no refunds or exchanges on ticket purchases except as required by law.

Online Bookings

When booking tickets online, you must take care and only select the number of tickets that you require. Please ensure that you check the the number of tickets you have selected on the Finalise Order screen before you complete the transaction.

If you inadvertently book more tickets than you intended, you are committed to that purchase and we are not able to offer a refund.

Group Bookings

Unless otherwise stated, Group Bookings consist of eight (8) or more tickets booked at the same time in one (1) transaction and the Group Booking discount applies only to tickets booked as part of each transaction.

If any additional tickets are required, they will be treated as a new transaction and will not qualify for the Group Booking discount unless the ticket quantity of the new transaction(s) reaches a minimum of eight (8).

General group booking sales can be made through the normal ticket purchase process by selecting the Group discount when purchasing tickets.

Please Note: The Group Booking forms are required only when requesting an invoice. If you do not require an invoice to be sent for payment, you may purchase tickets as normal, either through the Theatre Box Office or online, and select the Group Booking discount when prompted.

School Group bookings can be made by downloading the Booking Form under the Education tab.

If you are purchasing tickets as co-ordinator of an organised tour group, you may use the form below to book your tickets.

Concession

Concession rate does not apply to Senior Card holders.

Concession applies to Pension or Health Care card holders and individual financial members of Dubbo Artz Inc.

To claim a Concession rate, proof of eligibility must be provided when purchasing tickets and must be held at all times while attending a performance where a Concession rate has been claimed.

To claim a Student concession rate, students fourteen (14) years and older, including fulltime University students, must provide proof of eligibility when purchasing tickets and proof of eligibility must be held at all times while attending a performance where a Student concession rate has been claimed.

Electronic Devices

Cameras, audio and video recorders are not permitted into the venue.

Mobile phones, pagers and alarms must be turned off prior to entering the venue.

Latecomers

Latecomers will not be admitted into the Theatre until there is a suitable break in the performance and will only be admitted through doors 2 and 3 to minimise disruption to other patrons.

Bags & Prams

For the safety and comfort of patrons, large bags and prams are not permitted in the venue.

Refreshments

Food and drink are not permitted into the Theatre at any time.

Upon receipt of your tickets, please check to ensure the dates and times are correct and refer to the Terms and Conditions on the back of each ticket.
