Individual financial members of Dubbo Artz Inc. may also claim a Concession rate for any shows listed in the Season booklet provided the Dubbo Artz membership card is presented when purchasing or collecting tickets.Companion Card Patrons who hold a Government issued Companion Card are eligible for one complimentary ticket for their companion when purchasing tickets for themselves. This is only available by booking with the Box Office directly via phone or in person. The Companion Card holder is required to be present at the time of collection. The Companion Card must be shown to the Box Office staff before the carer ticket can be issued.
Concession The Concession rate applies to Pension or Health Care Card holders. Concession rate does not apply to Senior card holders. To claim a Concession rate, proof of eligibility must be provided when purchasing tickets and must be held at all times while attending a performance where a Concession rate has been claimed.
Youth The Youth price category applies to youth from 12 months to 21 years and full time students. Students 16 and older, including full time tertiary students, must provide proof of eligibility when purchasing tickets in the youth price category or when collecting tickets. Youth aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult when attending a show.
Children 'Babes in arms' under 12 months of age will be admitted free of charge provided they are seated on a parent or carer's lap and it is an age-appropriate show. Children over the age of 12 months are required to hold a valid individual ticket and will be allocated their own seat.
Gift Certificates Gift Certificates for any amount may be purchased and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Single Ticket Sales Individual tickets go on sale on-line from 28 January 2017. If you want to sit with your friends, we advise that all tickets need to be purchased at the same time.
Subscription Period is from Sunday 27 November 2016 to Friday 27 January 2017. You can become a Subscriber by booking and paying for a minimum of five (5) shows from the 2017 Season Booklet. As a Subscriber in 2017, you are entitled to the Subscriber price category on ANY show that lists a Subscriber price. Simply enter the Subscriber code on your Subscriber card to access discounts on-line or alternatively present your card at the Box Office.

When booking tickets online, you must take care and only select the number of tickets you require. Please ensure you check the number of tickets you have selected on the Finalise Order screen before you complete the transaction.
If you inadvertently book more tickets than you intended, you are committed to that purchase and we are not able to offer a refund.
In person At the Box Office located in the Theatre Foyer at 155 Darling Street, Dubbo. The Box Office is open Monday - Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm (except for public holidays) and one hour prior to the Show.

A $2.95 telephone booking fee applies per transaction. A $2.95 postage and handling fee applies if you would like your tickets sent to you in the mail.
Upon receipt of your tickets, please check to ensure the dates and times are correct and refer to the Terms and Conditions on the back of each ticket.
ACCESSIBILITYPatrons requiring wheelchair access or with mobility concerns are encouraged to advise the Box Office as soon as possible and certainly at the time of booking their seats. Accessible seating cannot be booked on-line and are released for general sale one week prior to the show or earlier for sold-out performances.
Hearing Impaired Approximately 80% of the Theatre auditorium and Theatre foyer is equipped with an induction hearing loop compatible with T-Switch hearing aids suitable for musicals and concerts which have the sound desk in the auditorium. Please note it is not available in rows A, B or C due to the close proximity to the stage and speakers.
